  2. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT. Sub-Contractor is required to complete the Independent Contractor Registration Form and Questionnaire (“Registration Form”), and meet all of the registration requirements to the satisfaction of ECGC in order to receive Work Orders from ECGC for the performance of the services described in the ECGC Sub-Contractor Performance Work Statement referenced in this Agreement. By completing the Registration Form to the satisfaction of ECGC, Sub-Contractor acknowledges that ECGC is not obligated to issue Work Orders to Sub-Contractor. Rather, Sub-Contractor's satisfactory completion and submission of the Registration Form is a prerequisite for Sub-Contractor to be considered for any Work Orders ECGC may choose, in its sole discretion, to issue to Sub-Contractor. At the request of ECGC, Sub-Contractor agrees to provide additional information and/or documentation to support and supplement Sub-Contractor's registration form.
